All in-store purchases are FINAL- No returns or exchanges will be accepted. As we are primarily a resale consignment shop, once a sale has been finalized, our consignors have already been notified of payment and therefore it is our policy to not accept returns on any items in store to keep things simple due to the consignor process.  Please contact style@nueshop.ca with any questions or concerns.
