NUE Shop Online and in-Store Sales Return Policy

All in-store purchases are FINAL- No returns or exchanges will be accepted. As we are primarily a resale consignment shop, once a sale has been finalized, our consignors have already been notified of payment and therefore it is our policy to not accept returns on any items in store to keep things simple due to the consignor process. In the very rare case where an online sale item doesn’t fit, is damaged by the courier or by some chance not the exact item pictured, exchanges are valid and a store credit will be issued to the customer account. That being said, any and all costs of the return shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer and not NUE shop. Customers will have 7 days upon delivery receipt of item to initiate return/store credit process with NUE shop if such an exception is granted. Please contact style@nueshop.ca for all inquiries regarding online returns and store credits.
