Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email through your Shopify account/order once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD
US Cross-Border Shipping - TBD email for US shipping and orders
- Standard international: 7–14 business days
- Expedited: 3–5 business days
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price
International Shipping - TBD email for International shipping and orders Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). International buyers are responsible for all applicable duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Packaging Every order is thoughtfully packaged to protect your purchase in transit. Luxury items are wrapped with care to arrive in pristine condition.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us style@nueshop.ca and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.
